Stephen Ferrando Vice President, Client Services
Stephen Ferrando leads client services for CharityEngine, which include the functional teams that support implementation, live operation, customer support, front end development, and training.
Bringing more than a decade of nonprofit consulting experience to the CharityEngine® team, he has a proven track record of delivering actionable data-driven insights and strategic fundraising solutions to some of the largest and most recognizable national nonprofits.
He has held senior analytic positions at Time, Inc., Sprint-Nextel, and (EA) Electronic Arts, as well as leadership positions at CDR Fundraising Group, Merkle Inc., and Chapman, Cubine, Adams & Hussey where he guided the direction of multichannel fundraising programs for organizations like AARP, Arthritis Foundation, St. Jude Children’s Hospital, National Foundation for Cancer Research, ChildFund International, Wounded Warrior Project and others.
Given his expertise in utilizing data to inform strategic decision making, Stephen is able to ensure all our clients thrive within CharityEngine® and that they understand the incredible potential our flexible cloud-based CRM platform unlocks for their programs
Prior to joining CharityEngine®, he held senior product management roles in the for-profit consumer world with Electronic Arts and Broadsword Online Games, He is a graduate of Canisius College with a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology and a former Division I soccer player.
